About our school

Dungog High School is an achieving comprehensive high school serving a diverse rural community. It is a unique school that makes a significant positive difference to our students' learning as shown by: Students achieving outstanding results in the wide range of academic pursuits over many years; students representing themselves, their school and their community with distinction in activities outside the school; and students competing fairly within the rules and showing respect for their opposition and referees on the sports field. Our students are committed to and are actively involved in learning that best suits their needs: Students are assisted in their learning through specific learning support personnel and through a strong welfare based network; teachers are experienced and well suited to their profession. Their teaching and learning strategies are effective and use contemporary teaching practice. School Hours:  9.00am - 3.20pm

Office Hours:   8.30am - 3.30pm  Mon - Fri during school terms

Parents & Citizens Association meets 2nd Thursday of the month at 7.30pm in the Meeting Room in the Front Administration Office. Any variation to meeting dates will be advertised in the School Newsletter.
